You will be responsible for performing various hair treatments, cuts, and styling techniques to enhance the appearance and boost the confidence of our customers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hair styling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment. Responsibilities * Evaluate customers face shape, hair features, and personal preferences to recommend appropriate haircuts and hairstyles. * Apply hair treatment products when needed. * Apply highlights, ombre, balayage, and other hair-coloring techniques * Provide customers with a wide range of hair styling options, from formal to casual * Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences. * Recommend suitable hair care products and treatments to clients. * Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon equipment. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. * Adhere to salon policies and procedures regarding hygiene, safety, and customer service. * Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge. * Collaborate with other salon staff members to deliver a seamless customer experience.
